Booking Policy

Bookings and payment

All bay bookings are paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed and you have received a confirmation email.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours before the session start time for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method and can take a few days to appear.

Rescheduling

Bookings can be moved to another available time of the same length, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the session.

Bay 4 — right-handed players

Bay 4 is set up for right-handed players only. When booking Bay 4 you confirm that everyone in your session plays right-handed.

Arrival and use

Please arrive a few minutes before your session so you can start on time. Your session runs for the length booked.

Please treat the equipment and venue with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Memberships

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. Rolling memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current period. Fixed-term memberships run for their agreed minimum term.

Included hours are per calendar month and do not roll over.
